A highly decorated retired Chief Superintendent, he has been presented with the honours of the Hong Kong Police Medal for Meritorious Service, The Bravery and Excellence Award and The Civil Service Outstanding Service Award by Former Governors of Hong Kong and Former Chief Executives, Sir Edward Youde, Chris Patten, Tung Chi-hua and Sir Donald Tsang Yum Kuen in his career.
Mr. Choi's experience on the highest level is well and truly an achievement of competence coupled with unparalleled expert knowledge. His outstanding accomplishments in the Narcotics Bureau, Regional Intelligence Unit and Organised Crime and Triad Bureau earned him the honours of being invited to the Interpol's panel of repressing organised crime in Asia.
